Setting off from Vapi at around 10 AM, my next destination was the charming town of Anand, famed for its Amul Dairy. Having made a hotel reservation beforehand, I hit the road and found myself enjoying a smooth drive thanks to the excellent conditions of the route.

As I reached Anand earlier than expected, I had plenty of time to explore the area. However, my first order of business was to refill my car’s fuel tank. After a bit of a struggle, I finally stumbled upon a decent gas station and topped up my tank. Feeling relieved, I then embarked on my search for the hotel, which turned out to be more of a resort than a regular hotel, boasting ample space and comfort.

Later that day, while taking some photographs in the city, an educated-looking man attempted to snatch my camera. Needless to say, I was taken aback by this unsavory behavior, but fortunately, I managed to keep hold of my camera.

After a delicious supper, I caught up with a colleague over the phone and then spent some time planning my next destination – the ancient valley civilization site known as Lothal. The excitement of visiting this historical site was almost too much to bear. Even though it seemed remote on the map, my determination to see it kept me energized and looking forward to the adventure that lay ahead. As I drifted off to sleep, I couldn’t help but smile at the thought of all the wonderful memories I was making on this trip. Before I realized, I was fast asleep.
